Nominations for 2 Board vacancies close on 22 October 2019
Nominees must be registered members of Beyond the Bell, and Nomination and Consent forms must be lodged with the Company Secretary (Greg Burgoyne) by close of business on 22 October 2019. Details are included on the attached forms.
For interested people seeking to nominate and or vote in the upcoming election, and are not yet members, membership registration forms must be submitted by close of business on 22 October 2019. The Board will be considering admission to the Membership Register at their meeting on 23rd October 2019.

New member applications received after the 22 October 2019 will not be eligible for voting in the upcoming election or for nominating for election as Board Member.
