Three members of the Youth Conversations reference group volunteered alongside BTB staff members Rachel Wilks and Ricky Davies at the expo, helping people find their way around the different displays.
A massive thank-you to YC’s reference group member Charles Eats, a Year 8 student from Bayview College, who was the MC for the day. It was a brilliant job from this young man.
The YC’s reference group members helped to plan the Expo, meeting their goal of strengthening access to career information for young people in south west Victoria, one of the key recommendations from the Youth Conversations Phase One report.
A massive thank you to all of the businesses and education groups involved in the day, especially to Stratus Legal Group for all of their hard work to get this program running.
